AboutChristina W. Lommatsch Bio: Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies at the University of Canberra, Australia. I collaborate with the STEM Education Research Centre (SERC) and the Early Learning STEM Australia (ELSA) project. I completed my PhD at Utah State University in Mathematics Education and Leadership. My research interests include the use of technology in teaching mathematics topics and educational app development. My dissertation was entitled "Learning Logic: A Mixed Methods Study to Examine the Effects of Context Ordering on Reasoning About Conditionals" where I developed a touch-screen app to test a theory about learning to reason about conditional statements in different contexts. I have contributed to multiple funded research grants, such as App Camp for girls and STARS! GEAR UP at Utah State University.
